Human Resources Strategies is owned and operated by Lucille Eisele, who has twenty years of extensive management experience in human resources.

Ms. Eisele’s most recent experience has been in human resources consulting for the past seven years functioning as an off-site human resources director for companies that average 50 to 600 employees in Huntsville, Alabama and Syracuse, New York.

Client industries include; hi-tech firms, law firms, government contractors, engineering firms, medical offices, hospitals, financial, construction, education, hotel/restaurant, insurance,manufacturing, retail, transportation, non-profit, and municipalities. Her areas of expertise include establishing customized human resource departments, managing daily internal employee relations for clients, interacting with employees and senior management, investigating and responding to discrimination claims, assuring compliance with Wage and Hour Regulations, writing handbooks and job descriptions, implementing drug and alcohol testing programs, and conducting management training and developing programs for interviewing, equal opportunity compliance, performance appraisals, corrective discipline, the American with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and sexual harassment.

Prior to consulting, for seven years, Ms. Eisele was the Vice President of Staffing and Employee Relations for the Putnam Mutual Fund  Companies with 2100 employees in Boston, Massachusetts. Lucy planned and directed all the employment activities during the corporate expansion from 480 to 2100 employees. For seven years she was the Director of Employee Relations for a 9,000 employee, thirteen state location, retail chain store operation, Cumberland Farms Dairy, Inc.

Ms. Eisele is a graduate of Boston University and resides in Huntsville with her family.
